When you save your search filters for when you are in FIND FLIPS or FIND RENTALS, an alert icon will show up next to that search in the Saved Searches dropdown, as well as on your SAVED page.
By default, alerts are off when you create a saved search. If you click the alert icon, you will receive an email when a property/analysis that matches your search is either newly listed, back on market, or has a price change.
Because Pellego sends you one email per new/updated match, we recommend only using alerts for narrow searches that show a handle of results every few days.
